For the proper functioning of services, we collect certain personally identifiable information including but not limited to your name, phone number, age, and sex. If you create an account by logging in with your credentials with third party accounts with certain social networking sites (such as Google, Facebook), then we may receive your personal information from these social networking websites in accordance with their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We share this information with our partners, i.e., the doctors listed on our platform and other third parties who help us provide or facilitate our services.
We retain this information on our servers for as long as necessary to provide our services effectively.
We acknowledge that some information collected, particularly related to hospital or clinic appointments, may be classified as sensitive personal data under applicable Indian laws. Cleaniq ensures that such data is handled with a high degree of confidentiality and is only used for legitimate purposes.
